We stayed with 2 other couples for my wife's 60th birthday and I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful service afforded to all of us from both our hosts... read more Greg and Toni. Although located on the highway we couldn't hear any road noise at all as the rooms are set down off the main road with the bathrooms at the front. The outdoor area complete with hammocks, swimming pool and cabana with BBQ facilities was absolutely beautiful. The Motel is close to all main areas in both Mollymook and Ulladulla and we were able to make use of the Motel's brand new courtesy bus to make short trips. The rooms were large and well set out and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, we can't really fault the place 🙂

Wonderful service from Carol who went out of her way to help me prepare our room with an order for balloons, sparkling, chocolates and a lovely card. She organised this... read more for me ahead of our arrival which was so nice!
The room is very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were given a spa room which I think was an upgrade (much appreciated :D).
Our room was at the back of the property which was lovely and peaceful. We were on the ground floor and a sliding door which opened out on to the back section which was also lovely and private. The rooms updated and have a light breezy ocean holiday vibe.
Great location - we were close to all the places we wanted to visit in the area including Rick Stein’s and Cupitt’s Estate. We thought our stay was excellent value for money when we compared the price to Bannisters where we had considered staying. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to other people staying in the area, who want to be close and central to everything. More

The Seascape motel is on the highway in Mollymook as you head into Ulladulla with easy access off the road and plenty of parking /driveway space if like me, you have a small truck (Hilux etc). I checked in late and this was easy with the managers providing clear instruction on obtaining the key and finding my room in the middle of the night. The motel is two story, but room access is split level so it’s just a few steps up or down to either floor and I don't think it is more than a few metres from any car space to your front door. I didn't notice any traffic noise, but you do get some light and movement from passing cars though this can be overcome easily by closing the kitchen blinds as it gets dark. I was in residence for a few days so I chose a larger two bedroom option to spread out which must have been nearly 80 sq metres. There is no hallway to squeeze through on entry as the room opens up to a well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and cook meals. There is no hallway to squeeze through on entry as the room opens up to a well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and cook meals. From here you move into a large dining and lounge space to a veranda with distant ocean views and a great aspect over the town. Thankfully there is a large flat screen TV articulated in the corner so you can easily watch TV from the lounge without having to crouch forward.
The bedrooms were spacious with the main having the same distant ocean and town views to let the sunrise flood in if that is how you like to wake up in the morning. I did notice good blinds if sleeping in is your thing. Sheets, pillows and blankets were great quality with plenty of hanging space and another smaller TV
The bathroom again was well appointed and though there was a restricted shower head, it still provided plenty of hot water with good pressure.
Overall, the room was spotless and well maintained with tasteful colour scheme. The managers tell me this was a recently refurbished room, but they are in the process of completing all during these quiet COVID times. It was a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk to the coast and another five down to Mollymook Beach, shops, golf and surf club then a wonderful coastal walk north for several kilometres.
All in all, a wonderful place to make your base while you explore the coast, Milton and its shops or the hinterland. More

A lovely, restful place to chill for a week. With a pool but close to Mollymook Beach, Ulladulla and Milton. The apartment was fully-equipped and had Stan, Netflix and Foxtel.... read more We self-catered most of the time but treated ourselves to a special dinner at Rick Stein’s at Bannisters.
Across the road is a cute donut van called Decadent Donuts, with a selection of different flavours all cooked to order.
Mollymook Beach has wonderful rock formations at the southern end, a more sheltered area at the north end for swimming, and plenty of good surfing in between. More
